An NDT specialist who got tired of paper checklists and decided to build the platform he wished he'd had on every inspection site for the last 18 years.

Maximiliano has spent over 18 years inspecting aerospace, industrial, and energy infrastructure — from aircraft components at SR Technics in Zürich, to rocket systems at PLD Space, to third-party certification work at Bureau Veritas. That hands-on experience across VT, PT, MT, RT, and UT methods, under EASA, ISO 9001, and API standards, is the foundation ENODEUS is built on.

ENODEUS started as a simple liquid penetrant inspection tool and grew into a full multi-module platform covering 15 disciplines in 6 languages — built by directing development step by step, testing every change against the standards he's worked under his entire career.

Alongside ENODEUS, Maximiliano is also building Talent Force Europe, a technical recruitment platform for the aerospace and MRO sectors — pairing the same first-hand industry knowledge with the hiring side of the field.
